Coos Bay – July 11, 2024 – Judith Ann Mogan Foundation (JAMF) is pleased to announce the addition of Holly Chandler as Grants Administrator. She comes highly qualified to work with the nonprofit sector in our area, having served with several organizations and committees over the years. A few of Holly’s extensive volunteer work include the Bay Area Sportsman’s Association, Marshfield Hall of Fame, 3A State Basketball Tournament, Coos Bay Schools Community Foundation, and the Al and Hilda Peirce Scholarship Fund.

Marjorie Crook, JAMF Executive Director shared, “The Grants Administrator is a key position in our organization. Holly will be a valuable resource not only to the Foundation, but to the nonprofits in the area. Born and raised in Coos Bay, she and husband Will are raising two sons here and the whole family is very involved in serving and giving back to our community.” Holly adds, “I am excited for the opportunity to work with the Judith Ann Mogan Foundation. I feel very connected to its mission and the Peirce family legacy.”

Now in its fourth year of grantmaking, JAMF has already distributed more than $4.2 million to projects in this area. This year, it is set to grant another $1 million plus to nonprofits that benefit Coastal Douglas, Coos, and Curry Counties. JAMF was established in 2020 through the generosity of Judith Ann Mogan and the Al Peirce Co., LLC. It is a private foundation based in Coos Bay, Oregon with a mission to develop successful citizens and vital communities on the Southern Oregon Coast.
